    Hello! I hope the first half of 2025 treated you well.
    Things are busy here, but less so than the past couple years. I'd say it's a bit of a break, except it's more of a forced slow down due to pain issues. The extra time I have from not being able to do as much is now being taken up by the things I am able to do either taking longer for me to do them, or that I have to recover from them after doing them.
    Having a garbage spine sucks, y'all. However, having a great team of health pros (comprised of my family doctor, my chiropractor, my physiotherapist, and a new-to-me pain specialist) means I'm getting the right help for dealing with it. All this means I'm able to use more of my Recovering From Doing Stuff time for writing.
    And that makes for a much happier brain.
